The Götheborg ship is in my hometown Karlskrona for a few days leaving tonight again and I just had to take some stock photos of this incredible vessel. It was like being part of the Pirates of the Caribbean when she came in to harbour on Friday :D

This is the Swedish ship "Götheborg" an (almost) exact replica of the original East Asian trading ship who sank just outside Gothenburg in 1745. The wreck of her was found in 1984 and it was decided that a new ship would be built following the original design. The new "Götheborg" was launched in 2003 and has during the last years done the huge trip to China and back again, just like in the old ays. If you want to know more, read here [link]) :heart:

So... naturally I favorited this, because I might need it sometime, and as I was staring at all the details - envisioning editting all the tiny wires and cables from the background - I got a headache!! :rofl: It will be such a project! But worth it, I'm sure. :D
