A special place - contest


So I'm starting my first contest ever and I feel pretty excited to say it mildly :excited::excited: I'm hoping for lots of entries, make me a happy stocker!!! :boogie:

Anyone feel like donating prizes, (anything is good: features, commissions, subs, wishlist items, news articles, dA-stuff, stock-packs, exclusives, interviews, avatars, journal-CSS...etc, ANYTHING you can think of) I'd be forever grateful and you will get my everlasting adoration :blowkiss: Just note me!

Ok, here are all the facts:

Theme - A Special Place!
Any place that is special for you and it can literally be ANYTHING between the known universe and beyond, fantasy or real life, in your dreams, in another world, under water, in the air etc. Maybe it's that special place you go to every time you visit your old granny who lives by the mountains by a spring forest? Maybe it's that place you go to next to some amazing tall trees while meditating? Maybe it's on a planet that no one has ever seen and there are unbeleivable creatures and plants? Maybe it's in the middle ages in a crowded town street? Maybe it's that wide open landscape with golden meadows and blue hills that seem to stretch for eternity? Maybe it's flying above the clouds on that dragon of yours...? :floating: There is NO limit to what your dream place could be. Feel free to interpretate this theme as you like, the more imagination, the better :D

Deadlline
Starts 9th of May 2008 - Ends 9th of July 2008 at Midnight GMT (2 months people, get crackin' :D)

Rules
1. You must use at least one of my stock photos in your entry/ies. It does not have to be the centre of your work, and you don't have to make it overly visible, but it must be there.
2. You are allowed unlimited amount of entries. Consider though that I will judge after quality, not quantity.
3. Your entry/ies must be new work only, created for this competition only and must not have been uploaded to the dA-gallery earlier than 9th of May 2008.
4. Allowed medias will be anyhting where you can incorporate my stock. (no literature though, sorry guys but I can't judge writing since I'm no good at it)
5. A description underneath your deviation describing something about your image. I don't need big writing skills here, I just want people to know the thought behind it. And don't forget to credit all stockers you use as always.
6. NOTE me with a link to your entry.

Judging
:iconcastock: Myself will be the sole judge for this contest this time.

Things I will look for are; quality and well thought through entries. I will NOT judge after skill in specific media since that will be way to unequal. Everyone has their style and their way of painting/manipulating/drawing/sculpturing or whatever it is that you do and we are all at different levels in our art-skills, I respect that fully and feel that everyone should have an equal opportunity to win. :blowkiss:

Well it mean exactly what i wrote, you have to include at least one of my stock images in your artwork. You are allowed to have it as a reference in case you don't want to do photo manipulation, but some part of your art must originate from my stock.
