It all happened rather quickly, but all of a sudden me and my man found ourselves leaving the UK for the sun in Spain The fact is that we are going away on some major travels around our beautiful planet and until we leave we needed to get some sun, relax and plan it all and we decided that sitting in cloudy Wales or Costa del Sol to do it, was not a hard choice to make!

So some big changes are happening for me lately and this will affect my presence here in dA for the next year or so. But it doesn't change anything for you guys more than the fact i wont be in here as much. You can still use all my stock in ANYTHING you like as long as you do not reproduce or distribute the images as is. See my full rules further down in this journal please!!

I will take as many photographs that my hard memory cards will allow during my travels and i will upload MEGA bunches of stock during travel (if possible and i can) but otherwise when i get back. So stay tuned

My stock is here on dA for the purpose of being a resource for artists needing references and stock photos for designs and manipulations of all kinds. They are not to be used as is and unaltered.


All my stock is unrestricted. Unrestricted stock means that as long as you use it in your designs, tutorials and art, you can use that art or design you made in any commercial or non-commercial plan.

I have one clause that concerns my premade backgrounds. This stock can not be used to make other stock.

Always credit me where possible. I understand that when you go commercial or start posting portfolios and such on other sites it is not always possible, but if you can, please do.

You can use my stock as part of tutorials. This means that you are allowed to give links for direct download of my stock in the tutorial-set or include my stock as part of the download package of the tutorial. In other words, you may redistribute my stock as stock in tutorials as long as you credit me so people can see where the stock came from and what rules apply to it.

Other than the tutorial exception, you MAY NOT redistribute my stock as is, you have to make noticably changes to it first, to make it your artwork. Once it is your work, you can do what you want with it. If you are not sure, contact me first and ask. (Note me here on dA or write to my email info@cassiopeiaart.com )I log into my stock account several times a week and i check my emails daily, so if you mention "response needed quickly" or something similar in the title, i will get to your question within a few days at most.

Have fun, enjoy the free stock and make fab art. No need to inform me of your work that contains my stock, that is totally up to you. However, i do get very happy when i see the art you make and if you do notify me i will always fave (here in dA) your work as a thank you.




Regarding my applications there is NO NEED to CREDIT OR INFORM when you use them, but if you want to share them as is you must give people the link to me here so they can see where it comes from. You are not allowed to resell the applications as is.
